E-mail and mailing lists via ActiveCampaign
We send our email automations with ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email which is sent automatically through our website you will find the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will not receive our emails anymore. Your personal data will be stored securely by ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign makes use of cookies and other technologies which give insight in opening and reading emails. ActiveCampaign reserves the right to use your details for further improvement of our services and to share information with third parties when doing so.
Online advertising through Meta
On our website we use a Facebook pixel, which helps us to send your online behavior to Facebook. This pixel allows us to run relevant campaigns based on your preferences and interests. It also allows us to target social media campaigns to people with similar preferences and interests.
Hulan – Serious gaming app
The app/game is managed by Hulan, they develop the game Marathon Runner. When you register within the game, the data you enter is sent to Techonomy via them in ActiveCampaign. Hulan is in this solution a data processor and not the owner.
How can I view, delete and/or correct my data?
You can request, free of charge, to see the personal information we hold about you, object to the processing and request us to correct or remove this personal information. Please contact Techonomy BV at support@techonomy.nl. We will respond to your request by email within four weeks. Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint about the processing of your personal data with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, if your request is not handled satisfactorily.
How long do we keep your Personal Data?
Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which we collect or process it, unless the longer retention of your data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of Techonomy BV.
